On the ICF tour- “I can not think of a better way to bring awareness to preservation than what is being done by Images for Conservation. I am honored to be apart of the life-changing commitment.” – Joshua Anderson
Josh Anderson’s interest in photography first started in the mid-nineties while attending Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He learned the technical side of photography by completing several art photography classes in college before graduating and becoming a middle school science teacher. He did not find his true passion in nature photography until ten years later.
Josh resides in Chillicothe, Ohio, but spends countless days traveling around the United States in search of adventure and exploration. The major focus of his photography is to bring awareness to conservation. Josh is a published photographer whose work has appeared on the cover of Country Living Magazine and his fine-art prints have been sold to clients all over the country. Josh is frequently hired by organizations to conduct photo presentations of his travels and photographic techniques. He also leads and is involved in conducting photography workshops around the country.
Always in search for the perfect experience or moment in time, Josh’s motivation is unrivaled by most. He will spend hours upon end waiting for that special moment or traveling through rugged terrain to reach his subject.
