The Rio Grande International Study Center is hosting the 2013 Laredo Birding Festival in conjunction with the Monte Mucho Audubon Society and the Laredo Convention and Visitor's Bureau, and ICF is proud to join them. The Festival will be held Feb 6th - 9th and will feature speakers, trips, and excursions showcasing the natural beauty of the Laredo Borderlands. ICF will be holding a 2-day "mini Pro-Am" in conjunction with the Festival. The Pro-Am will be held Feb 7th and 8th at ICF member ranches San Jose and Rocking R 6 with Larry Ditto as our coach.
