Los Novios Ranch
Los Novios Ranch was part of the 2010 Pro-Tour of Nature photography, it was photographed by Bill Gozansky, and is a true jewel of Texas wildlife. Los Novios is owned by George and Claire Vaughan. The Vaughan’s are leading champions of the private lands nature photography industry and are excited to host an ICF Pro-Am as the first photography event open to the public on their ranch.
All of these images are from the Los Novios 2010 Pro-Tour portfolio. The ranch now has blinds and settings for photography and ICF Pro-Am participants will be among the first to photograph the ranch since the Pro-Tour. Los Novios also has onsite housing for it’s guests, and we are recommending that the Pro-Am participants stay at the ranch. Professional wildlife photographer Ruth Hoyt will be coaching this event. Between the beauty of the ranch, the ability of the coach, and the experience of staying on a classic Texas ranch, this promises to be an excellent event that you won’t want to miss. Only 5 spots remain, so sign up and start your adventure today.
More About the Ranch
Los Novios (translated: sweethearts) was originally part of the historic Cartwright Ranch located in Central La Salle county. The Vaughans are part of the Cartwright family and it’s 100 plus year stewardship of this beautiful ranch. According to the local Natural Resource Conservation Service, Los Novios is “one of the most diverse native habitats left in La Salle county.” We are proud open our 2013 series of Pro-Am Tournaments at Los Novios and we hope that you will join us in our mission to build lasting conservation for native habitat and wildlife through photography. When you shoot with ICF, your images are their future.
