Michael
Francis is a full-time nature photographer working out of Montana.
His wildlife photographs have appeared in numerous publications,
including Field & Stream, Outdoor Life, National Wildlife, Audubon,
Time and Natural History. Mike is also the sole photographer of
more than 25 books, including Mule Deer Country, Elk Country, Into
the Wind�Wild Horses of North America, Track of the Coyote, Moose,
Antelope Country and a number of wildlife-viewing guides to the
national parks. He is an active member of NANPA and served as president
of the board of directors in 2003. Mike is currently working on
nine book projects including a Yellowstone book that is thirty years
in the making. Mike lives in Billings, Montana with his wife and
daughters and his 25 turtles and tortoises.
