Tom Leeson is half of the internationally recognized photography team of Tom & Pat Leeson. They have specialized in in-depth, year around coverage of individual wildlife species resulting in the sale of hundreds of photo story packages nationally and internationally. Tom has an intuitive sense regarding the quality that most captures the essence of a specific creature. When he is able to transfer this quality to film, the photo becomes another of their timeless classics, the hallmark of their photography.

In their 25 years of wildlife photography, Tom & Pat have created a dozen, large format photography books and over 30 children's books. Former President Bush gave a limited edition copy of their award-winning book, The American Eagle, to the Queen of England as a Presidential Gift of State. Just released this fall-winter their latest titles: America's Wildlife Refuges and Washington Wildlife. Current projects include a photo book, Oregon Wildlife, and Creature Features, a series on wildlife behavior for children.

While not primarily assignment shooters, Tom & Pat have completed assignments for National Geographic Society, National Wildlife Federation, Audubon. Recent advertising clients include Hewlett-Packard, Boeing, American Airlines, Chevron.

Tom & Pat make their home in Vancouver, Washington, with their daughter, Laura.
