Results of the First-Ever Pro-Am Youth Tournament Are Here!

The future generation of landowners, and a future for wildlife.

ICF held it’s first ever Pro-Am Youth tournament June 8th through the 10th and it was a great success. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, we were able to bring 6 young ladies from south Texas ranching families (all members of the Linn/San Manuel 4H club) to the Santa Clara Ranch.

Over the 3 days of the event they learned about wildlife photography, and how it can benefit the future of ranchers and wildlife. Ruth Hoyt was our coach for this event and did a great job, she helped the girls to get some great images and taught the ins and outs of wildlife photography and how to do well in a tournament like this.

Beto Gutierrez and Hector Astorga were gracious hosts, and the girls’ parents all helped to get them to and from the ranch and the blinds. The details of the tournament are in the paragraphs to the left. This was a lot of fun and we are eager to do it again. We thank you all and we look forward to seeing you again at your next ICF Pro-Am.
